Domiciliary Care Services

We provide person centred, domiciliary care services to the most vulnerable in our communities. There are several ways to access Fife Care Groups care at home services: 

​

• Your needs have been assessed by the Local Authority and you’re referred to us

• You have Self-Directed Support Funding and wish to purchase support

• You wish to make a private arrangement with ourselves directly (see below)

 

We will work alongside you to tailor your care plan to your specific needs. We believe that you deserve to have autonomy over the care and support you receive, and as such we will formulate a care plan specific to you that recognises how you do and do not want your care to be delivered.

We aim to knit ourselves into the very fabric of the community and provide a versatile service that allows individuals to remain active in their community and believe that we have the experience to dare to be different. 

​

Private Care at Home Services

We also provide bespoke care at home services to those seeking care privately. We will work with you to form a bespoke care plan tailored to you or your loved ones needs. Activities we can assist with include, but are not limited to;

​

• Support getting up, washed and dressed

• Support getting ready for bed

• Having a bath or shower

• Support with incontinence care

• Assistance with eating/drinking

• Providing medication or prompts

• Support with grooming

Social Support 

Looking for a companion? The Fife Care Group provide social support to those struggling to access the community independently and aim to combat social isolation. We provide relief for families who are unable to provide the social inclusion their loved ones need and allow those that otherwise would be housebound to integrate back into their local community. We can assist with shopping, take your loved ones to the theatre, or stimulate them by providing company in their own homes.
